The homeowners of this 1970s ranch-style home on Lake Lanier wanted to expand their living space and update the appearance to turn it into a modern lake retreat. To achieve this goal, the guest bathroom and master bathroom were gutted and rotated 90 degrees to gain additional space for the master bathroom. An addition was added to the existing master suite to expand the space and allow room for a home office and large master bathroom which includes a large tiled shower, walk-in closet, and double vanities.
