Basement Remodeling in North Georgia, For the Square Footage You're Already Paying For.

Storage boxes. A random treadmill. Concrete floor nobody’s finished in a decade. Twenty-eight years of North Georgia basements later, we know how to turn it into a room that counts.

Why a Finished Basement Changes More Than the Basement

It’s the extra bedroom you don’t have to build an addition for. The playroom that gets the mess out of the main floor. The home office door you can actually close. An unfinished basement is square footage you’re already paying taxes and a mortgage on and getting nothing back from.

That’s what we fix. Not a storage room with better lighting. A real floor of your house.

Design That Starts With What the Space Needs to Do

Maybe it’s a guest suite for when family visits. Maybe it’s a media room, a gym, or a home office that isn’t also the dining table. Maybe it’s all three, split across one open floor. We design around what the square footage needs to do, not a generic “finished basement” template.

Basement Remodel Costs

How Much Does It Cost To Finish A Basement?

Most basement remodels with us start around $150,000 and go up from there, depending on square footage, whether you need a bathroom or wet bar, and how much of the space is unfinished versus already framed. That number includes real waterproofing and moisture control, not just drywall over a problem you can’t see yet.

Same rule as every other room: real number up front, not a teaser range.

How It Works

The Same Four Steps, Applied to Your Basement

1. Discovery

We assess moisture, egress requirements, and ceiling height before anything else, then talk through what you want the space to become.

2. Design Development

Renderings for the full layout, so you see the bedroom, the bathroom, and the living space as one plan instead of guessing how it fits together.

3. Execution

Waterproofing and framing done right the first time, since it's the part of a basement remodel nobody can fix easily later.

4. Fulfillment

A full walkthrough, real cleanup, and warranty check-ins once you've had a season to see how the space handles moisture.

Is It Worth It If You're Not Selling?

Basement remodels typically return around seventy percent of their cost, and can reach as high as eighty-six percent according to the National Association of Realtors, if you ever do sell. But most of our clients aren’t finishing a basement for resale. They’re finishing it because they’re paying for square footage they can’t use. That return shows up the day you get a real room back, not just at closing.

What's Different About a Basement Remodel With Us

We Handle Moisture Before We Handle Design. Waterproofing and egress code compliance get solved first. A beautiful basement that floods in April isn’t a finished basement. One Lead Carpenter, Start to Finish. The same person who scopes your basement manages it on-site. Your House Stays a House, Not a Job Site. Clean House Protection during construction, every day. We Check Back After You’ve Lived With It a Season. Basement issues often show up seasonally, so we don’t disappear after the paint dries.
