Chestatee Lakefront Modern Transitional Kitchen Remodel Dawsonville, GA

A major kitchen remodel in this lakefront home in the Chestatee subdivision of Dawsonville, Georgia consisted of gutting the old kitchen, tearing down walls, and performing major structural and foundation work to support the beam that would allow for the open floor plan and lake views throughout the main living area. Sleek fixtures, shaker-style cabinets, Quartzite counters, and backsplash give the kitchen a modern transitional feel. A custom glass-enclosed wine refrigerator is just one focal point of the beautiful kitchen. Old barn wood was re-purposed to build a one-of-a-kind pantry door and custom wood flooring was laid through the main floor, including custom herringbone pattern inlays at both the front door and sun room entryways.
