2021 Qualified Remodeler Master Design Award Winner - Master Bathroom

The clients of this 1936 original farmhouse wanted to restore and reclaim their home by adding a new kitchen to compliment the 1936 style, as well as updating the bathroom and bedrooms to fit the era. One of the biggest challenges the team faced was keeping the house a livable space while dismantling it from the inside out. The entire room had to be ripped out, from the flooring to the interior of the walls. They had to clean out and dismantle the original material, cleaning and sanding while also preserving it to be reinstalled. Twin vanities frame the doorway, while a luxe tub sits under the large picture frame window. An enclosed toilet offers privacy, while a closet offers ample storage space for the clients to use. Heated tile flooring provides the final touch of luxury and comfort.
