A major part of this remodeling project in the Gold Creek subdivision of Dawsonville, Georgia consisted of converting a three-car garage into a waterfront entertainment pavilion. The interior of the pavilion holds a chef’s kitchen with commercial-grade appliances, big screen TV, and ample space for large parties. The exterior remodel consisted of a large rustic covered patio area with a massive stone fireplace and deck area that extends over the water. Renovation in the main house consisted of a Mediterranean-style brick and plaster wall and a wood-clad ceiling in the dining room. A vaulted brick barrel ceiling was the central feature in the main floor powder room. The sunroom and laundry room were also remodeled with wood cladding and new custom cabinetry.
