The major renovation and restoration of every room of this 1936 Dahlonega home included removal, restoration, and reuse of all the hardwood flooring and shiplap. The kitchen and bathrooms were completely remodeled and updated. The roof was raised to add a second-floor bedroom suite and the finishing touches were added by RW Design Exchange to complete the modern farmhouse style.
