Most basement remodels with us start around $150,000 and go up from there, depending on square footage, whether you need a bathroom or wet bar, and how much of the space is unfinished versus already framed. That number includes real waterproofing and moisture control, not just drywall over a problem you can’t see yet.

Waterproofing and framing done right the first time, since it's the part of a basement remodel nobody can fix easily later.

4. Fulfillment

A full walkthrough, real cleanup, and warranty check-ins once you've had a season to see how the space handles moisture.
